There is a 40 to 50 angled car park directly across the road from the house, which is very convenient for everyone. The house has been renovated with modern lounge, bathroom and kitchen which has ducted heating and air conditioning.

The kitchen has a great selection of snacks, a decent area for socializing or dancing, never fails spring hot and cold water dispenser, large glass door fridge, glasses, cups and tea and coffee is also available.

Our play rooms are very spacious, comfortable with lube and condoms provided.

The lounge room is furnished with a modular leather lounge suite, TV,DVD player. a massage table, lips shaped sofa. A nice area to relax and socialize or watch a DVD and get into a sensual mood.

We have a separate room for smokers which is very well ventilated, and leaves the rest of the house smoke free for everyone's comfort.

Bath room has a claw foot bath tub and glass door shower.

Towels, shower gel, deodorant, after shave, perfume, and mouthwash all in the bath room, available for your use. There are two toilets and a large dressing area with racks, coat hangers, and shelves for your belongings. For those who would like to secure valuables, we do have a lockable cupboard.
